Revenue stuck at ₹12L/month with a blended ROAS of just 2x on almost the same ad spend. No lifecycle email infrastructure. Amazon was doing ₹50K-1L/month with 45%+ ACOS. Needed to 3x revenue without significantly increasing spend.

Full-stack ownership as Head of Growth: restructured Meta campaigns for efficiency (same spends, 2x more output), built complete Omnisend automation stack, took over Amazon Ads in January and rebuilt campaign structure from scratch, implemented unit economics tracking with monthly P&L waterfalls.

Inherited Klaviyo account with 39 flows. 5 draft flows secretly sending to live users. Open rates at 16%, deliverability at risk, zero segmentation, disengaged list. Email contributing almost nothing to revenue.

Solution

Full 7-section Klaviyo audit. Emergency list hygiene + domain warm-up. Found and stopped 5 broken draft flows. Rebuilt segmentation into Engaged/Unengaged/VIP tiers. Complete flow strategy from scratch with abandoned cart, winback, and post-purchase sequences.

I've spent 6+ years in the DTC trenches across paid acquisition, email/SMS lifecycle, CRO, and marketplace expansion. Every system I build connects these levers, so growth compounds instead of requiring constant reinvestment.
